PAEMAC stands for Projects and Engineering - Management and Consulting which succinctly defines our field of expertise.

PAEMAC was established to provide a comprehensive service throughout the civil, marine and infrastructure industry across Australia. Founded in 2018 by Alan Sweet and Dave Spencer, PAEMAC has the capacity to provide a local, honest and reliable service to both the public and private sectors.

Alan is a joint Director at Paemac and is based in Perth, WA. Alan has held positions in Design Management, Project Management, Chief Estimator and Technical Innovation Management and under his stewardship Paemac has delivered over $1 billion dollars of estimates across multiple clients.

Alan Sweet
Dave is a joint Director at Paemac and is based in Perth, WA. Dave has extensive experience in bulk earthworks, bridges, marine infrastructure and road construction across Western Australia. Area’s of business in which Dave specialises in, include, Business Development, Estimating, Risk Assessments, Constructability reports, Design reviews, Auditing and Client and Contractor negotiation.
